Old Dogs - New Tricks... Yoga for Happy Aging 6pm - 8pm

with Narayan R.J. Grooms
The unique health challenges for folks with more mileage on their bodies call for a gentle and wise approach to exercise. “Old Dogs-New Tricks” is a yoga workshop designed so that seniors can practice safely, comfortably and in community for more fun and encouragement. Breathing, stretching, laughing and smiling will all be important aspects of this workshop. Remember what Jack Benny, the wise sage said, "Age is strictly a case of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter."
