Bhavana Mody / Yoga Instructor
Bhavana Mody comes from a varied background of yoga styles and traditions. She first began a regular asana practice through the lens of Ashtanga yoga in San Francisco. She received her Hatha Yoga teacher certification at Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco. Bhavana later began to study Iyengar yoga in Seattle, Santa Cruz and in Mumbai, India. Most recently, she has been studying Anusara yoga with Kia Meaux in Davis, CA, where she has learned to fuse together the precision of Iyengar with the grace of Ashtanga. She has taught hatha yoga classes for seven years at Kaya Yoga in Davis, Fourth Street Yoga in Berkeley and Yoga in the Middle in Castro Valley. She is looking forward to working with students in her new home – Oakland!

Yael Martinez/ Yoga Instructor
Yael’s journey with yoga began 14 years ago in Santa Cruz. Her curiosity for Yoga has led her through out the years to learn many styles including Vinyasa, Anusara, and Ashtanga yoga. Her yoga journey has moved her to share its benefits with others, especially those who don’t have access to yoga due to language differences, lack of exposure, or access. Off the mat, Yael is a photographer, artist, and social researcher. She is currently expecting her first baby in November. |

Cameron is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Road Runners Club of America Certified Long Distance Running Coach. Currently, her specialties are one-on-one fitness training, coaching runners, teaching a circuit training class, and leading outdoor fitness bootcamps. She enjoys traveling to run marathons, embarking on long distance hikes, kick boxing, traveling for pleasure worldwide, and nutritious vegan food. Her mission is to help others feel healthy, strong, confident, capable, and help others enjoy fitness.

Rob Stuart is a certified Purusha Yoga Therapist, 500 hour certified yoga teacher (certified from Purusha yoga school in San Francisco), musician, shamanic meditation coach, and holds a B.S. in behavioral science.
