Beginner's Bootcamp is a great way to get back into an exercise routine or to shake up your current exercise routine.

Beginner's Bootcamp includes:

  • Full Body Strength exercises
  • Effective Core training
  • Cardio
  • Plyometric exercises

Come get a new & fun workout!

Cost: $48 for one month (4 sessions) or $17 per class

Please bring: a water bottle, towel.
