Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. All levels are welcome.
Hatha Flow
A flowing practice which includes more movement and breath focus and fewer specific alignment directions. Fewer static holds, more continual motion, particularly in the first half of class. Helps to induce an internal practice; ideal for those who like to move and get warm. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered by the teacher accordingly.
Lunchtime Yoga - 60min class

Mat Pilates
Is the perfect example that we can become fit without the use of gym equipment. In Mat Pilates you only use your own body weight and use gravity to tone, lengthen and strenghten your entire body. Mat Pilates focuses on the integration of your whole body as opposed to only conentrating and working different body parts separately.Achieve better alignment and let your body relearn how to work more efficiently.
Morning Vinyasa
A slower Vinyasa practice that awakens the body while providing a slight physical challenge to prepare you for the day ahead.
Pre-Natal
This class is designed specifically for expectant moms. Traditional yoga postures will be used, helping with many of the common aches and pains of pregnancy. Students can join at any stage of their pregnancy and can begin at any time during the session (pro-rated). No prior experience necessary.
Post-Natal
Women who have had a normal delivery can attend 4-6 weeks following the birth. After a caesarian women should wait until 8 weeks following the birth. All babies should come to class with their mothers until they start crawling, at which time the women should switch over to a regular yoga class.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa follows the flow of breath through sequences of interweaving asanas (postures) that change from class to class. Vinyasa Yoga (also called "Flow" or "Power") is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating intention, breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility, your practice with your daily life. Vinyasa as a form is always evolving and teachers weave together wisdom teachings, poetry and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness. Likened to a dynamic dance, postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.
